Blank orders can be ordered on this website.
Stocked items ship within 24-48 hours pending inventory, payment approval and packaging requirements.

Custom imprints have a production time of 7-10 business days pending stock availability, artwork proof approval and full payment. Additional time may be required for complex designs or multi-color logos.

All payments are processed through Paypal, major credit cards are accepted.

Orders within the United States shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEX.

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

Standard Ground shipping time within the continental US is 3-5 business days.

There is a flat rate shipping rate charge based on order amount. Shipping charges will be added on PayPal Checkout.
Orders of $45.00 - $9.95
Orders of $45.01-$100 - $14.95
Orders of $100.01-$150 - $19.95
Orders of $150.01-$275 - $24.95
Orders of $275.01-And Over $29.95

Please note estimated shipping times include processing time at the warehouse and are calculated from the date the order is placed.
Blank stocked orders will ship within 24-48 hours.

You will receive a target ship date on custom imprinted orders within 48-72 hours of order acceptance.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 3 business days, please let us know by emailing and we'll get back to you ASAP.

If you did not receive your order or part of your order, please note that some orders may be sent out in multiple parts.
Your packaging slip will show the items you should have received in the shipment.
If you do not have everything that is on the slip the rest of your order will come separately.
If you do not receive all or part of your order and your confirmation email and packaging slip show all items as shipped, then please get in touch with us HERE.

Make sure to let us know your order number and which items were missing.

There is no return on custom imprinted items.
Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
We do not have an "exchange" process - simply return your item and place a new order for the alternate item. Blank items can be returned as long as they meet the following criteria:
• Returns must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original order date.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping cost or it can be deducted from the refund amount.
• Please contact us at for return instructions and a return label.
• Please retain your proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to us.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.
A credit will automatically be applied to your Paypal account or credit card.
We take the protection of our customer’s data very seriously, so you can trust we wouldn’t, and don’t, sell or distribute any of your personal data to untrusted third parties. We do, however, share relevant parts of your data with select third parties if they are processing data on your or our behalf --i.e. web service providers, Paypal, etc.
